Dhaka Gladiators have start to organise their team already. They have confirmed former Bangladeshi national team's bowling coach Ian Pont as their head coach and former Bangladeshi National player Mohammed Rafiq will be assistant coach.

Habibul bashar sumon will be their advisor and former national team captain Shafikul Rahman Hira will be also involved with Dhaka Gladiator. Afsana Ara Bindu, the model and actress of Bangladesh will be their brand ambassador.
The theme song of the Dhaka Gladiator BP T20 team also revealed in the press conference today. Dhaka Gladiator already make a short list of 30 player for the BPL T20 player auction. The full player list, Dhaka gladiator jersey, theme song will publish soon.
