Contract of BPL with Sports Management Company

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), on Wednesday completed the paper works for the upcoming Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) with Game On Sports Management Company. The tournament is scheduled to kick off on February 10, 2012.

The contract between both the parties was sealed in a small ceremony held at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.

BCB President , BCB Director and BPL Committee Chairman, BPL Secretary and representative of Game On Sports Management Anjan Gangully were present at the BPL ct contrasigning ceremony. For an amount of ~ $44 million, Game On Sports will be organised the finest twenty=twenty Tournament of the Bangladesh for the next 6 years. A total of 6 team will participate in the tournament. This will take place in different venues at Dhaka and Chittagong. The two main stadium Dhaka and Chittagong will host 36 games.

Te Virgo Media Channel nine Bangladesh was ntedgra as the official broadcaster. There is a good possibility that either ESPN/ Ten Sports will also broadcast.
